If you are looking to refine your coaching skills, whether in preparation for certification or simply in the pursuit of mastery, this group is for you.  This group provides in-depth exploration of core coaching competencies and coaching supervision.  The ICF defines mentor coaching as “coaching on your coaching” and that will be the focus of our work.

The ICF now requires 10 hours of mentor coaching from a “qualified mentor” for certification. Seven hours of the ten hours can come from group coaching.  Grace is more than a “qualified” mentor: She is a graduate of Coach U as well as the Evolutionary Institute/Network advanced coach training program. She holds the PCC, Professional Certified Coach credential from the ICF and has earned the Professional Mentor Coach designation from Coach U.  As ICF exam assessor she is experienced with the credentialing process.
